By accessing or using Oblion AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Oblion AI provides access to various AI language model APIs including but not limited to Claude, GPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek through a unified credit-based system. Oblion AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI model provider.

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via Telegram to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

• — Credits are purchased in advance and deducted based on actual API usage.
• — Credits do not expire and have no monthly fees.
• — All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once used.
• — Oblion AI reserves the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable notice.
• — Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no API calls have been made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• — Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• — Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• — Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• — Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute API access without authorization.
• — Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

6. API Key Usage

API keys issued by Oblion AI are for your personal or business use only. You are solely responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your API key publicly. Oblion AI is not liable for any unauthorized use resulting from a compromised key.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Oblion AI may experience downtime due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oblion AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
