When you authenticate via Telegram Login, we receive the following information from Telegram:

  • — First name, last name (if provided)
  • — Telegram username (if set)
  • — Profile photo URL (if public)

We also collect usage data such as API request volume and credit balance changes in order to operate the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • — To create and manage your account on Oblion AI.
  • — To track credit usage and billing.
  • — To send service-related notifications via Telegram bot.
  • — To improve and monitor the reliability of our platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. API Requests

Oblion AI acts as a relay between your application and upstream AI providers. We do not permanently store the content of your API requests or model responses. Request metadata (token count, model used, timestamp) may be logged for billing and abuse prevention purposes.

5. Data Storage

Account information is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL). Session tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies and expire after 30 days. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

6. Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie (ob_session) to maintain your login state. No third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used by default — see our Cookie Banner for analytics and marketing preferences.

7. Third-Party Services

Oblion AI uses the following third-party services:

  • — Telegram — for user authentication. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
  • — Neon — for database hosting.
  • — Vercel — for application hosting and edge delivery.
  • — Google Analytics (GA4) — optional, only if you consent via the cookie banner.
  • — Meta (Facebook Pixel) — optional, only if you consent via the cookie banner.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via Telegram.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • — Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • — Request deletion of your account and data.
  • — Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
