Oblion AI operates on a prepaid credit system. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for credits purchased on the Service.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- — Unused credits may be refunded within 7 (seven) days of purchase, provided no API calls have been made using those credits.
- — Credits that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable, only the remaining unused balance (if any) may be considered.
- — Refund requests due to a payment error, duplicate charge, or failed top-up that was not credited to your account are eligible regardless of the 7-day window.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- — Credits that have already been consumed via API usage.
- — Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window for voluntary cancellations.
- — Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via Telegram at @oblionaibot with your account details (Telegram username) and the top-up transaction you wish to refund. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the top-up. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 3–14 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
